  I am a new costumer at rite aid, my experience was very bad. My first approach was with the lady on the drop off window, I explain to her I wanted to transfer my meds order from other pharmacy as it was not on the prefered network of my new insurance, she told me to bring a list of my meds and she would ask the former pharmacy for my med orders. Two days later I brought all my meds to her, she hardly took any time to look at them, saying the former pharmacy had sent some of the meds order. I tried to get my AFib med but she kept saying she had not received the med orders, it went for 4 days, and I told her I was going out of the med, it did not seam to affect her. Finally I ran out of the med, still no refill. I contacted the former pharmacy and was shown proof it had been sent 15 days prior to the date. When the pharmacist from the former contacted them, rite aid found it. I am doing this review not only because the error but because the bad costumer service, she even argued with me, saying I had not showed her the bottle of the medication, lying. I am going to complain to my insurance company and looking for another pharmacy.
