  Scam like predatory business that takes advantage of their customer base. All contractors assigned take a minimum of two visits to complete a service request. You can only report up to four issues with a specific trade per service request. Every service request costs an additional service fee of $75 in addition to the initial policy payment of ~$600 for one year of coverage. Any work completed only has a warranty of thirty days. Business vouches only for it contractors and always sides with the contractor in any claim dispute. The policy holder is responsible to prove a contractor failed to provide proper or adequate service within thirty days. Every issue reported in a service request will need to completely fail in order to be serviced or it will be deemed as a 'non mechanical failure' and will either not be repaired/replaced. If an item can be replaced it will only be replaced with a industry standard basic equivalent. Any brand name or extra features that you may have had are considered upgrades and will not be approved by the business.
