  Made an appointment 3 weeks ago. When I arrived 10 minutes early, they said that they didn't have me down for an appointment. They said they would see anyhow. I am writing this review from the medical bed in the room. It has now been a little over 2 hours and I haven't seen a doctor. I came out of the room to ask for explanation, and I was told that they only have one care provider today. Unfortunately, this is consistent with other experiences I have had at this location. I wish I had another alternative.

  Do not come here. Ive had continuous problems with one of the staff members here in particular who seems fairly incompitent.She typed in my SSN incorrectly and then wouldnt print me out a corrected form for my place of work saying it was "fine" and that it didnt matter that it was incorrect because she would "fix it in the system later".I'm pretty sure she didnt know how to fix it.She also mislabeled my medication, and forgot to give me half of said prescribed medication. If you have to go to a concentra center, go to the one in Rohnert Park. For weeks ive been taking a medication that makes it dangerous to operate vehicles and didnt even notice until my doctor labeled and gave me my medication personally. At first i wasnt going to write a review but i am infuriated.
